PANARCHIE s. f. (pa-nar-chî du préf. pan, et du gr. archê, commandement). Politiq. Gouvernement de tous, absence d’autorité déléguée : La PANARCHIE est le nom honnête de l’anarchie. La PANARCHIE, pantocratie ou communauté se produit naturellement par la mort du monarque ou chef de famille. (Proudh.)
